Welcome to your SportsPilot Light help page.  Here you can search for information to answer your questions about customizing and editing your website, using the registration, eStore, or scheduling software, and more.

Scheduler FAQs

How do I get started?

Before making a schedule, you'll need to add some basic information, so the system can intuitively create your schedules.

Under the "Setup" tab, set your Sports, Facilities, Resources, and Templates.

Then, under the "Teams" tab, click on "Program Setup."  You'll want to add your program, league(s) and teams.  You can set up the divisions, home team fields, and black outs, but it's not REQUIRED just to test create a basic schedule.

 Lastly, under the "Schedules" tab, click on "Schedule Preferences" or "Create Schedule."  If you don't save a schedule preference before hand, you'll be asked to do so while completing the Scheduling Wizard.  These preferences dictate your scoring.

Continue making your schedule, using the teams and templates you've already added, and choose your game dates and times.  Then choose your locations, based on the facilities and resources you've entered, and confirm your seeding.
